Câu này nói người ít của cải thường sống thanh thản, ít lo toan nên dễ ngủ ngon, còn người giàu nhiều khi vì bận lòng giữ của mà khó được yên giấc. Thường dùng để nói cái nhàn và sự vô tư của cảnh nghèo so với nỗi lo của người có nhiều tài sản.

This proverb says that poor people, having little to worry about or guard, can sleep soundly, while the wealthy are often troubled by anxiety over their possessions. It is used to contrast the peace of mind of poverty with the cares that come with wealth.
